Qigong Teacher Retreat: Improving Your Health and Attaining Higher Realisation and Wisdom

Yuan Qigong

June 25 - July 7, 2019 Stockholm.

A program to further develop our Yuan Qigong teachers will start this year in the US, Sweden and New Zealand.

The intention is to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the methods, to provide more skill in learning and to make progress in the development of realization and wisdom.

The training takes place during a 5-day retreat, where your knowledge is deepened. As an alternative to being present on site, the opportunity to participate via the Internet is available in the US retreat in April 2019.

After these five days, you can try your in-depth knowledge as a teacher during the following 9-day retreat, if you want to.

Teacher development program

The 6-Level Teacher Training was completed in November last year. The complete system of Yuan Qigong consisting of 3 foundational theories and 9 Yuan Gong methods is now available. Yuan Gong is not just a Qigong system; rather, it is a system for uplifting the whole life.

Why have such a huge and complex system? Why not just have the first four methods since they seem comprehensive enough for working on Qi and health? This is because there is much more that one could achieve beyond health. Health is important but, no matter how healthy we are, how many health problems we manage to clear and how long we live, life will come to an end. Life shouldn’t be just about having a healthy body. There is more to think about, including

These are exactly the questions REN XUE and Yuan Gong are intended to address. To be successful using Yuan Gong to uplift life, it is essential to work step by step. Each of the nine methods is a step that prepares for the next one. The stronger the foundation, the better result from practicing the following methods. In the REN XUE retreats this year, we will work on strengthening the first step – what you have learned in Level One Teacher Training.

Continuing Teacher development program

A continuing education programme for teachers will start this year at the retreats in the US, Sweden and New Zealand. This programme is for you to:

Part 1 for Teachers 25 - 29 June 2019 (5 days)

You will be reviewing and learning the materials covered on Level One Teacher Training, including Tian Yuan, Di Yuan, Supplementary Exercises and Theory of Qi. It will be done from the perspective of teaching, i.e. learning how to teach students these topics.

Part 2: 29 June - 7 July 2019 (9 days)

The Part 2 is mainly for health, realization and wisdom.

If you are willing, you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned in Part 1 on teaching and helping other students. You will also be working together with other teachers to improve your teaching skills.

Another main focus for Part 2 is realisation and wisdom. You will be doing work on your heart, consciousness and Shen to attain realisation and wisdom. The focus this time is to grow Xin Ling (heart) because it is the prerequisite for changing patterns and attaining higher realisation. Without a strong, solid foundation of Xin Ling, the chance of making any real change to life is slim. Yuan Tze will be giving most valuable guidance for this work.

At this retreat, we will also have a very special guest, Dorrie, coming all the way from New Zealand to assist you. Dorrie, a teacher who has reached a high level of realisation, will be there to help you work on the heart qualities. She will share her inspirational story of using Tong Yuan to open her heart and guide you in Tong Yuan practice to work on the five essential qualities of the heart. You will be amazed at how different your life will become when your heart truly opens and manifests these wonderful qualities.

As a Yuan Gong teacher, training in person with Yuan Tze, the creator of the system in the powerful Qifield he builds is a very special thing. The experience of doing this work with a group of loving, caring and warm-hearted people can be sheer magical. We hope you can take this life-changing opportunity and use it to make another step forward on Zi Du Du Ren.
